International Missionaries
EBC takes pleasure in supporting and partnering in prayer for full-time missionaries. We currently support many missionary families that are ministering across the globe. In addition, we support several Christian organizations.
Each year we take one week in the fall to focus our attention on missionary families that we support. During this week our missionaries are able to share with us what the Lord has been doing in their ministries. We are also able to focus on encouraging our missionaries and learning how we can better pray for them both during missions week and throughout the year. Various events are scheduled throughout the week in order for the congregation to get to know our missionaries more personally such as: break-out sessions, a congregational meal, and a dessert potluck. Our missionaries also have the opportunity, throughout the week, to share their ministry with the students of Berks Christian School.
Missions Trips
Throughout the year EBC participates in various mission opportunities. We have sent ministry teams to head projects in places such as: France, Germany, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Tennessee, and Louisiana. These teams have consisted primarily of construction teams that serve to build or renovate facilities for ministry use.
We are constantly looking for opportunities in which to minister both here at home and abroad.
