Youth Ministry:

The S.P.O.T is a summer ministry program for students in grade 7-12 that meets each Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. during the months of June to August.  There are game systems, board games, foosball, air hockey and more activities for students to do.  A snack bar is also open during the evening with food items priced at just 25¢!

Youth Group meets from September to May on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.  During this time students play games, have worship and a Bible lesson.  They are then broke into small groups according to grade level for a more intimate discussion time. Teens are challenged to use evangelistic events that we organize to reach into hearts of people. 

There are many exciting events throughout the year that the youth group participates in some of which are a winter retreat, summer camp and a new year’s eve lock in.  These events encourage the teens to reflect on their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  In addition, it encourages team building and unites the group.  The gospel is presented at each event so that all attendees know the way to eternal peace with God in Heaven.

Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your work to the Lord, and then your plans will succeed.”  The EBC Youth Group wants to make God’s plans their plans and His will their will.  Then they will succeed. For more information: http://www.ebcyg.org
